The Custom Design Process

Each gown is a collaboration between Lara and the bride, producing a one-of-a-kind piece. The gown is made bespoke by hand and tailored to perfectly fit the bride's body. 

The process begins with a discussion about ideas for the dress. Lara will create complimentary designs to choose from, and designs can be adjusted until the dress is just right. Once a design is chosen, a fabric shopping trip is scheduled to find the right fabric and materials as needed. There will be a series of dress fittings as Lara creates the dress until it is complete. Any fit adjustments are built into the bespoke process, so alterations are included. The timeline for the creation of a dress varies on the design and the bride's needs.

Pricing varies by design and choice of fabric. Wedding gowns begin at $3,000.
